Privacy Policy

Account data
When a firm creates an account, we store the firm name, the owner’s name, the work email, and a password hash so that person can sign in. We use that information to run the account, secure the desk, and reply if you write to us.
Claim and policyholder data
Files, notes, photos, checks, and policyholder details that a firm uploads belong to that firm. We process that data on the firm’s behalf so the desk can store it, show it to people the firm allows, and keep the firm’s book. We do not claim ownership of a firm’s claim files.
Isolation between firms
Your firm’s files stay private to your firm. A person signed in to one firm is not given another firm’s claims, clients, documents, or checks. Access follows the firm on the account.
No sale of data
We do not sell account data or customer-uploaded claim and policyholder data.
