The account
A firm opens an account and is responsible for the people it lets in, the passwords it sets, and the work those people do in the desk. The service is provided as software for the firm’s own adjusting practice.
Claim and policyholder data
The firm owns the claim files, notes, photos, checks, and policyholder information it uploads. We process that data on the firm’s behalf to host the desk. We do not take ownership of it.
Isolation between firms
Your firm’s files stay private to your firm. We keep one firm’s book from being opened by another firm’s account.
No sale of data
We do not sell account data or the claim and policyholder data a firm stores here.
